A fully remodeled 4-bed home near Apple, listed under $2M

Thinking about moving to Silicon Valley but worried every home costs well over $2 million? Campbell might surprise you. It sits right next to San Jose, Saratoga and Cupertino, which means great amenities, great schools and great homes.

In this tour, I'm walking through a fully remodeled four-bedroom home that came in at an unbelievable price for the area.

Curb Appeal with Room to Grow

The exterior keeps maintenance minimal, which is exactly what busy Bay Area buyers want. If you have several cars, there's room to widen the driveway, and the generous front yard leaves space for landscaping ideas.

An Updated Entry and Living Room

New floors, an accent wall and a skylight brighten the living space.

The renovation starts the moment you open the door. New flooring runs throughout, and a wood-slat accent wall greets you at the entry. The living room features an electric fireplace with color-changing flames, direct access to the backyard and a skylight that floods the space with natural light.

A Cozy, Fully Renovated Kitchen

The brand-new kitchen pairs warm wood tones with gold finishes.

The kitchen is compact and efficient, an ideal fit for a starter home. Everything is brand new:

  • New countertops and dark-wood cabinets with gold hardware
  • Subway tile backsplash
  • New range and hood
  • A deep sink beside the dishwasher for easy cleanup
  • A dining nook with a gold chandelier that matches the home's finishes

The attached two-car garage has a fresh epoxy floor, extra room for storage and an EV charger, a must for the many Tesla drivers in the Bay Area.

Backyard, Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Each secondary bedroom has generous closet space.

The backyard is a blank canvas, with mulch, pavers and space for a lawn or garden beds. The home also has central air conditioning.

Inside, a hallway skylight keeps the bedroom wing bright. The hall bathroom features a deep soaking tub, a handheld shower head, dark cabinetry and gold fixtures.

Three of the four bedrooms are similar in size, so they work equally well as kids' rooms, guest rooms or home offices. Four bedrooms are hard to find in this price range, where three is the norm.

The primary bedroom faces the front yard and has a deep, step-in closet. Its en-suite bathroom has a step-in shower with a handheld head, a natural tile accent wall and a built-in niche.
